Supplies:

Kit of choice- I used "Round and Round" by Scrapin' Daisy available at I Got Lucky Skraps. This kit is full of browns, yellows, greens and blues. Very cute!

Tube of choice- I used Myka Jelina. If you'd like to use this work, you can purchase from here. Do not use this artist  without the proper license!

Mask of choice- I used Mask6 from Amy & Leah's Gimptastic Tuts here

Font of choice- I used Island of Misfit Toys a FTU font from here

Plug Ins- Tramages>Panel Stripe

Here we go :)

Open a new image 700x700

c/p paper24.
Layers>new mask layer>from image
Apply Mask6, merge group.
Effects>texture effects>weave:
gap-2, width-6, opacity-1
weave & gap color white
'fill gaps' checked

c/p element001. resize 55%
Duplicate. Image>mirror
Merge frames together

Using your magic wand, click inside both frame circles.
Selections>modify>expand by 10
Add a new raster layer
flood fill with color/gradient of choice
-I chose 2 colors from my tube
and used a gradient with angle  25, repeats at 2
Move layer below frames. deselect

On your flood filled layer apply
Tramages>Panel stripes:
density-17, depth-73, width-70

c/p, resize and dropshadow the following:
element 35- duplicate & mirror
 element 46
element 54- 85%, duplicate & mirror
element 43- 55%, duplicate & mirror

Add tube of choice & dropshadow

Add name- foreground on null, background on same gradient as before
Add noise- Uniform, 66%, monochrome checked
Add fat gradient glow and drop shadow

Crop & resize
add copyright and license info
merge, save and enjoy :)

Supplies:
Scrapkit: "Rustic Spring" by Jo at A Taggers Scrap. I can't begin to tell you how fab this kit is! It's full of elements you won't find in other kits. It's just awesome :) 
Tube: I'm using the beautiful artwork of Jennifer Janesko available at CDO. If you use the same tube, make sure you have the proper license!
Mask: WSL_Mask81 from weescotslass here.
Font: too much paper from Kevin and Amanda here

Here we go :)

Open a new image 900x900.
Yes, it's a big canvas, we'll resize later.

c/p paper 5
Layers>new mask layer>from image
apply mask. merge group

c/p frame5. Use your magic wand and click inside both frames.
Selections>modify>expand by 10
c/p paper4. selections>invert.
hit delete on your keyboard.
c/p tube of choice, place in selection
hit delete on your keyboard.
deselect.
On tube layer, change blend mode to Luminace
add drop shadow to tube and frame

Add, resize, and dropshadow the following:
greenery2- mirror
petalfall
leaves4- duplicate, mirror, merge. resize 90%
grass- 80%- duplicate
grass2- 60% then 80%. duplicate, mirror
birdhouse
bucket- 85%
sign- 75%
well
lantern- 60%
mushroom- 75%

Add and resize flowers of choice. duplicate and place around tag.

Crop tag and resize
add license and copyright info
merge, save and enjoy!

Supplies:
Scrap kit used- "Tropical" by Seachell's Scrapz. You can purchase this beautiful at Lollipops N Gumdrops.
Tube of choice- I used the artwork of Shawli. This work is available at MPT and can only be used with a proper license. Do not use this artwork without one!
Mask of choice- I used DBV Mask137 by Vaybs. Check out her blog here to download.
Font- Hobbes a FTU font

Here we go :)

Open a new image 700x700

C/P paper 8. Layers>New mask Layer>from image
Select DBV Mask 137, apply. Merge group.

c/p element 62. Resize 70%
Choose your magic wand tool-
tolerance & feather at 20
click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand by 5
c/p paper 3. Selections>invert
hit delete on keyboard. deselect.
Add dropshadow to frame

Open, resize, and dropshadow the following:
element 44- 60%
element 33- 75%, erase stem
element 36- 20%; duplicate and mirror
element 78- 30%; rotate right 80 degrees
duplicate and mirror
element 35- 25% then 75%
duplicate and mirror
element 9- 30%; duplicate and mirror
element 11- 40% then 85%

Open tube of choice. Place above element 33.
Using your eraser tool, get rid of the bottom of the tube
add drop shadow

crop and resize if needed
add copyright and license info
save and enjoy :)

Supplies:
Scrapkit- Irresistible You by Shani at Wicked Princess Scraps. There are loads of things to do with this kit, you won't be disappointed!
Mask- WSL_Mask128 from WeeScottLass. I use a lot of her masks so you may as well snag 'em all! lol.
Tube- I used the artwork of Vinegar for this siggy. I just love this tube! You can purchase Vinegar's tubes at PTE. Make sure you obtain a license to use the artwork! Son't use it without one. 
Font- Kaligraff. A FTU font from here

Open a new image 750x750

C/P PP16. Layers>New mask layer>from image
apply mask. resize if needed.

C/p the following elements-
Window Frame
Curtainswag
Pebbled heart
Vase
-duplicate, mirror
Camilla
Puffy flower
- duplicate and resize again
glass

Merge together your flower layers
duplicate and mirror

Add tube of choice.
Add dropshadow to elements and tube

crop and resize if needed

Add copyright and license info.

Kit of choice- I used the rockin' kit "Emo's" by DigiMania. This kit is available at I Got Lucky Skraps. It's full of emolicious fun!!

Tube- I'm using the awesome work of Ismael Rac. You can visit his store here. You must have a license to use his work! Do not use his artwork without the proper license.
Font- I'm using a FTU font called Smitten Kitten available from Kevin and Amanda here

Here we go!

Open a canvas 700x700
c/p paper1. Layers>New mask layer>from image
apply mask. resize and duplicate

c/p frame. Using magic wand click inside frame.
Selections>expand by 5
c/p paper9. Selections>invert
hit delete on your keyboard. deselect.
add dropshadow to frame

c/p pink stitching. Imange>rotate 90* right
Place on right side of frame
Use eraser tool and erase any overhanging parts

c/p tied bow. resize 50%.
rotate to the right. sharpen
place over right corner of frame

c/p tag. rotate right about 15*
sharpen and dropshadow

c/p skull2. resize 75%. rotate left 15*
sharpen. duplicate and mirror
c/p striped brad 2 and 3. resize 50%
c/p skull tops 1, 2, and 3. resize 80%
c/p bow1. resize 75%
place elements then merge them together.
Add a fat gradient glow, size 5
drop shadow (4, 4, 50, 8)

c/p tube of choice. place behind merged elements
Use eraser tool and erase bottom part of tube
add drop shadow

Crop tag. resize if needed.
add copyright and license info.

Add name and apply gradient glow
Save and enjoy :)

Supplies:
Scrapkit- "Peachy Keen" a faboulous kit by Jo at A Taggers Scrap. The colors in this kit are absolutely gorgeous!
Mask- I used Mask 1 from my friends Amy & Leah. They have a blog for Gimpers, but goodies available for all programs. Get the mask here.
Tube of choice- I used the artwork of Elias. He's a PTU artist who sells at PTE. You must have a license to use this work. Don't use it without one!
Font- Kelly Brown. a FTU font from here

Let's go!
Open a new canvas 700x700
C/P paper5. Layers>New Mask Layer>From image
Apply mask. Merge group

Frame 1. Use magic wand, click inside frame
Selections>Modify>expand by 5
c/p paper 8. selections>invert
hit delete on keyboard. move below frame
c/p falling petals, place in selection.
hit delete on keyboard. deselect.

Open, resize, and drop shadow the following elements:
tree3- 75%
greenery3- rotate right 90*
bow2- 65%
flowerscatter1- 70%
grass- duplicate, mirror
butterflies- 85%
box- 50%
sparkles

Open tube of choice. Duplicate
On copy layer-
gaussian blur 3
soft light
On original layer-
apply xero>porcelain

crop image and resize if needed.
add copyright, license info and name
save and enjoy :)

Font: Scriptina
Plug ins: Mura Meister Copies

Here we go!

Open a canvas 700x700
Open paper 2
Layers>New mask layer>from image
apply mask, merge group

Open Leaves1. Resize
Duplicate, mirror
Open and resize a few flowers
place on the leaves

Open button 2. Resize 75%
Mura Meister>copies- Encircle
Default settings, change the number to 17

Use magic wand, click inside frame
Selections>modify>expand by 5
c/p paper 23. Selections>invert
hit delete on your keyboard. deselect

Open tube. Duplicate. Move one copy under frame.
Using eraser tool, erase the bottom of both tube layers
so it appears the tube is coming out the frame.
Drop shadow bottom  tube layer

Open basket. resize 60%. Move below tube layers.
Open and resize a few flowers to place "in" basket.
I used flower 1- 25%
flower 5- 30%
and duplicated them a few times

Crop tag, merge and resize if needed.
Add copyright, license and name
Save and enjoy!

Supplies:

Mask: I used DBV Masks 109 by Vaybs. You can get it from her blog here

Plug-ins: Xero-radiance

Here we go :)

Open a new image 700x700. You can resize later

Open PP3, c/p onto canvas
Layers>new mask layer>from image. apply mask

Copy/Paste Feather 2. Resize 90%. Image>flip
Duplicate. Image>mirror

Open and resize the following elements:
cityscape- 50%
fan- 45%
winged heart arrow- 30%
paddle- 35% then 80%
small cityscape
single rose- 20%
collar- 35% then 85%
mask- 50% then 85%. rotate right about 15 degrees.
Add a fat gradient glow to mask

Add tube of choice and place between the two cityscapes.
Duplicate. On top layer apply Xero>Radiance- at your preference
Adjust>Gaussian blur-3
Change blend mode to soft light
Drop shadow the bottom tube layer

Add name/text of choice.
Add noise and a fat gradient glow
Apply dropshadow to name and elements

Resize if needed
Add copyright and license info 
Save and enjoy :)

Start with a canvas 600x600
open paper 4
Layers>new mask layer>from image. apply mask
Repeat with paper 8
resize  each so they resemble grass and sky. merge

Open and resize the following elements:
doorway
flower 1-
 duplicate>mirror
duplicate>resize
duplicate>mirror
deco2
branch
grass-
duplicate>mirror
bird
bird bath
flowers
daisy
flower3-
duplicate and place around doorway

Add tube
Xero>porcelain-default settings, blue on 0

add name
apply glass
add fat gradiant glow

add copywrite and license info
save and enjoy :)

Sharpen and drop shadow elements

Apply name
add noise around 75
add fat gradiant glow and dropshadow

add copywrite and license info

Magic wand, click inside frame

c/p paper 13 under frame

Add your tube, duplicate and drag copy under frame
Erase parts on both layers so it looks like she is coming out of the frame
Now open and resize the following elements:
mirror
jar- 45%
bow 2- 80%
statue
tied flowers- 70%
watch
mesh- 80%
Highlight mirror layer, use magic wand to select inside the mirror frame
c/p close up, Selections>invert, hit delete on your keyboard
change blend mode to Luminance (L), opacity around 40
c/p paper 4 as the bottom layer
Apply mask
resize using your raster deform tool
duplicate mask layer
Image>flip, Image>mirror, merge layers together
Add copyright and lisence info
save and enjoy!

Supplies:
Scrap kit- Bunny Hop, a FTU kit you can download here
Mask- Mask 16 from Chas Designs here
Tube- I'm using the work of Suzanne Woolcott found here
Font- Lima Bean, a free font from Kevin and Amanda here

This will be an easy one! Reference my tag for placement.
Open, resize, and drop shadow the following elements:
e20- 30% then 40%
e40- 15% then 80%. duplicate and mirror
e77- 30% then 65%
e25- 15%
e19- 10%
e35- 20% then 60%
e28- 10% then 90%. duplicate, resize 75% and mirror
e21- 15%, mirror

highlight your frame layer.
Using magice wand, click in frame and expand by 5
Add a new layer. copy/past PP6 into selection
Move beneath frame

Resize PP10 20%
copy/paste as the bottom layer
Layers>New layer mask>from image
resize if needed

add name, copyright and enjoy!

Plugins:  Xero- radiance, Penta.com- dots and crosses & jeans, Eye Candy 4000- gradient glow

Let's get started :)

Open template, shift+D, delete original
Working from the bottom up:
Add a new layer, fill with a color or gradient that matches tube
Layers>new mask layer>from image. resize if needed

Top right circle layer- select/float/defloat
New layer- flood fill with gradient:
linear/ angle 45/ lines 3
add your close up tube
invert/delete/deselct. delete original layer
Xero>radiance at default settings
Duplicate tube, on copy layer- gaussian blur (2), change blend mode to screen. Opacity 34
on original tube layer change the blend mode to soft light.
Add fat gradient glow and drop shadow

Repeat the above steps with left bottom circle

Bottom small rectangle- select/float/defloat
New layer- flood fill with a color from your gradient
copy/past tube
invert/delete/deselct. delete original layer
Change blend mode to Luminance(L)
To rectangle and tube layer apply penta.com>dots and crosses with these settings:
amount- 72
cross distance- 10
cross width- 2
If you don't have this filter, you can do something similar with texture effects>weave
Add fat gradient glow and dropshadow

Repeat above steps with top small rectangle layer

Highlight Pink rectangle- select/float/defloat
New layer, floodfill
c/p full tube- mura meister copies>tiling (feedback)
You may have to play with tube size so it looks right
Invert/delete/deselect. delete original layer
on tube copies- xero>radiance default. duplicate
On original layer- Luminance(L), opacity 40
On copy layer- gaussian blur (3), overlay blend mode, opacity 54
Colorize gradien glitter rectangle to match tag. Add fat gradient glow and drop shadow.
Add main tube. duplicate. On copy layaer-gaussian blur (3)/hardlight/opacity 68
colorize "When we drink" wordart layer
highlight Slizzard wordart layer. select/float/defloat
new layer, floodfill
apply penta.com>jeans. Amount: 62, bandwitdth: 4
colorize Purple line through text layer
resize if needed
Add name, copyright and lisence info
save and your done :)

Copy/paste paper 11. Layers>New Mask Layer>From image.Apply mask.
c/p frame 4. resize 90% twice.
c/p frame 1. using magic wand, select inside the frame.
Selections>modify>expand 5
c/p paper 7. Selections>invert. hit delete on your keyboard. Move layer below frame. Open your close up tube, place in selection, hit delete. Deselect. Change tube blend mode to soft light.
Open and resize the following elements:
buckets- 70%
birdhouse- 90%
ribboncurl 3
hanging leaves 2- 65%
grass
bird- 50%, Image>mirror
berries- 75%
sharpen elements and add a dropshadow (3,3,50,6)
c/p your main tube
Xero>porcelain. duplicate tube. On copy layer, change blend mode to soft light.
add dropshadow to original layer (4,4,50,10)
add name. Add noise 50% and a medium gradient glow. add dropshadow.
resize if needed.
add copyright and lisence info.
